What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

How do I access the online tutoring platform?

After you sign up, you’ll receive login details and instructions via email. Our platform works on most modern browsers and doesn’t require any special software.

What if I have technical difficulties during a session?

If you experience technical issues, we’ll help you troubleshoot right away. If the issue affects your session quality, we’ll reschedule or offer a makeup session at no charge.
